Our tips on use

From storage to your plate

Storage

We kindly advise to keep your olive oil in a dry, dark and cool place to prevent oxidation.

Olive oil and cold

During the winter period or stored in a cold place (temperature below 13°C), the olive oil gets thicker, small crystals and/or clouds can be formed, and the oil can even become like a “dough”: olive oil “freezes” (hardens). Do not worry! A few hours at room temperature and your oil will be back into its liquid state. This has no negative impact on its quality, quite the contrary. That is what we are doing with our opaque vats stored in our cold storage room to ensure the best quality throughout the year.

Tips on use

Our olive oils are perfect for seasoning, dressing or used before serving to sublimate your dishes and enjoy all the flavours.
