Green Tapenade with Basil

Inspired by Provencal traditions, this green tapenade with basil is prepared with Picholine olives from our groves in Provence. The term “tapenade” comes from “Tapeno” which means caper in Provencal.
This tapenade is characterised by a smooth texture with herbaceous notes, lots of freshness and a delicious taste of basil.
It can be enjoyed on fresh bread or toast, with fresh pasta, in an omelette, in poultry stuffing, a tomato salad, as an accompaniment of crispy vegetables, etc. and can be used to season delicious dishes. Discover our gourmet recipes...
Ingredients: Treated Picholine olive mash from “La Lieutenante” 80.3% (olives, salt, citric acid), extra virgin olive oil “La Lieutenante”, basil 3.7%, capers 3%, garlic, anchovy cream (fish), lemon juice concentrate.
