Green Tapenade speciality with Tomato
A natural product, without additives or preservatives - Made in France
Inspired by Provencal traditions, this green tapenade speciality with tomato is prepared with Picholine olives from our groves in Provence. The term “tapenade” comes from “Tapeno” which means caper in Provencal.
It is characterised by a smooth texture enhanced by the acidic notes of the tomato.
Slightly spicy, it can be enjoyed on fresh bread or toast, with fresh pasta, in an omelette, as an accompaniment of cold meats and fish. Mixed with a tin of tuna in brine, it can be used to stuff tomatoes or cucumbers for a delicious and original starter. Discover our gourmet recipes...
