Black Tapenade
A natural product, without additives or preservatives - Made in France
Inspired by Provencal traditions, this black tapenade is prepared with Grossane olives from our groves in Provence. The term “tapenade” comes from “Tapeno” which means caper in Provencal.
It is characterised by a velvety texture with flavours and tastes very close to black olive, in particular the taste of truffle, typical of the Grossane variety.
The black tapenade is enjoyed on fresh bread or toast, with assorted vegetable sticks as a dip, but can also be used in very many recipes. Discover our gourmet recipes...
